Our estate sale services provides an opportunity to responsibly and respectfully transition the belongings of a home to new owners while preserving the history and character of the items being offered.     Assessment

    Is an estate sale the right choice?  We will happily evaluate the situation and consult with you about the ideal path for your needs.

    Inventory

    Once it has been determined to proceed with the sale, we will complete a full inventory and evaluation.  This can often be the most time consuming part!

    Pricing

    The entire inventory will be priced prior to sale, with general parameters and goals being set.

    Marketing

    We will create a full scale marketing campaign across a variety of targeted outlets and social media.

    Staging & Sale

    The final staging then sale! Most sales run 2-3 days with graduating pricing to optimize clear out of remaining items.

    Cleanout & Completion

    The sale is complete!  At this point, the liquidation of the remaining items will be determined. From auction to donation.
